Activity description, instructions for teachers

This activity is about air pollution and how to easily demonstrate to kids the impact of the pollution in our lungs.

Discuss with kids about the Impact of Climate Change on Human Health

Ask them if they know any situation or example or even if they have heard about someone being ill because of the pollution!

Have they ever discuss about climate changes with their families and do they believe in Air Pollution as one of the main cause of death.

Watch the video together with kids about ‘smoking’ and see what it causes to lungs. Explain to kids that this is so similar with the air we breathe in when the air is polluted.

If possible, make the experiment with the kids and discuss after what kids saw during the experiment and after it.
