Ontario universities are actively engaged in creating a low-carbon future – both on campus and beyond. Some 89 per cent of universities surveyed this year have an official sustainability strategy, or one underway.
And 94 per cent of campuses regularly set and review targets for reducing CO2 and other GHG emissions, or are in the planning stages.
